Good move adding TSM on the sell-off

$Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing(TSM)$

Good move adding TSM on the sell-off. People seem to have missed that they actually raised their guidance for next quarter, so good on you for taking advantage of that.

I don't own TXN $Texas Instruments(TXN)$ - it is a good company with a stable business, but I tend to be more growth-focused as an investor. They make a lot of good products that are reliant on a larger process, which they also operate. Sanctions don't really hurt them as a result, despite having a lot of China business.

I don't think I own a tech stock with a yield above 2%, but TXN is one of the best tech stocks with a dividend. I believe they're investing in new fabs, so earnings may be a bit weaker as a result, so I'm not sure if they will raise the dividend right away. And yeah Tesla $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ to me is an avoid at all costs. I briefly owned it in 2021 (only a small position, in the 5 figures) and misplayed it, but escaped with a 15% gain or so. I wish I bought puts at the beginning of the year - what a mess that stock has been. Distracted CEO, to understate the issue, doesn't help matters.
