On Tik Tok, my understanding is that the pending legislation will force divestment within a period of time, only after which the company would be forced to cease operations in the US. And so ultimately, I think Tik Tok in one form or another is here to stay. I think the chances of it simply disappearing and then SNAP rising like the phoenix to take its place in the hearts and minds of teens and 20-somethings is near zero.

And financially, there just isn't much to like here. There's enough cash that if they trim expenses they should be able to keep going for a few years, but it's hard to see a bull case. What they need is a buyout.
