What people really don't realize yet is how big RAMP-C will be for intc $Intel(INTC)$ and the US. EVERY chip deemed vital for national security will need to be built via Intel Foundry under RAMP-C. Doesn't matter if tsm has US factories, they are not American and the biz goes to Intel.
