Mapletree Log Tr - 4th quarter results is out! Gross Revenue is up 1.2 percent to 181m, NPI is up 0.6 percent to 155m, DPU is down 2.5 percent to 2.211 cents marginally due to enlarged no of unit base, rental reversion increased 2.9 percent, gearing 38.9 percent which is quite healthy! I think the results is quite resilient! Pls dyodd.
Occupancy rate 96%.
