$NextEra Energy Partners LP(NEP)$ Ok so this stock is a utility company pays a nice and tasty dividend and has dropped recently making tue dividend even more tasty. Why did it drop you ask? Because it announced that due to sustained High interest rates, it would not be able to increase its dividend until interest rates come down.
Seriously! It got hammered by the market for announcing not that it would reduce its dividend, but that it just won't be able to increase it as it has done every year for years. But hey, if you engage your brain (not the one between your legs guys) well the share price drop effectively is a dividend increase, so its definitely on my buy list.
Its what i Call a dividend engine, it powers my entire portfolio with cold hard cash. And it has a solid history of paying a great dividend that keeps growing
