Helix Resources appointed Kylie Prendergast as managing director effective May 1.
With over 25 years of international mining experience, Prendergast transitions from executive technical director.
The appointment aligns with Helix's board and management transition plan aimed at enhancing leadership for copper discoveries.
Executive Chair Mike Rosenstreich, will become non-executive chair starting June 1.
