NIO Celebrates Production Milestone: NIO, a leading Chinese premium electric vehicle developer, recently celebrated a production milestone by rolling off its 500,000th passenger vehicle at its assembly plant in Hefei. The company continues to establish itself as a leader in the premium electric vehicle segment in China while expanding globally.

Launch of Lower-Priced Brand: NIO is set to launch its lower-priced brand called Onvo on May 15. The first model under the Onvo brand, the L60, will be a family-centric smart battery electric vehicle (BEV) priced around RMB 250,000. This places it in the same segment as Tesla's Model Y. The launch of Onvo comes amid a price war in China's electric vehicle market, with other companies like Xpeng also planning to release sub-brands.

$Li Auto(LI)$  $XPeng Inc.(XPEV)$  have both retraced to the uptrend support line at 27 and 8 respectively. $NIO Inc.(NIO)$  have yet to retrace to 4.3 as it is boosted by the developments above.

the chinese economy is showing signs of reviving, from the economic data. there is also government support.

us tariffs on chinese ev might dent growth expectations.

do apply automatic investment system where you add shares at each 10% drop or at support zones if you know technical analysis. this way you conserve your capital while the stock is strongly downtrending. do take profit at 10% intervals or at resistance zones if you know technical analysis. this way you have capital to buy the dip. only applies to stocks in an index or warren buffett would approve. bon courage.
