It was in 2018 when I vacationed in Shanghai. It was Nio ESV8 that I saw in person at their showroom. The build quality of the Nio is very Lexus like quality. It's like carbon copy of Lexus. Yeah, it was that scary and it was 6 yrs ago! So when I came back to CA in early Nov 2018, I bought a boatload of Nio stock at under $5. Too bad i sold it all at $15 before their meteoric rise thereafter (l think it went as high as $70).
Hmm. I should add Nio to my position at this level...
