無牌平臺將屬違法！把握比特幣良機的另一種姿勢是······
香港證監會規定，不申請牌照的交易平臺需要於2024年5月31日或之前有序地結束香港業務。6月1日之後，所有香港營運的虛擬資產交易平臺均須獲香港證監會發牌，否則違反《打擊洗錢條例》，屬於刑事罪行。市面上交易平臺魚龍混雜，投資者只能在獲證監會發牌的虛擬資產交易平臺上買賣虛擬資產。除此以外，亞洲最大的比特幣期貨ETF——南方東英比特幣期貨ETF（3066.HK）或是另一種把握比特幣牛市機遇的優質工具，港交所上市、證監會監管，資產委託給獨立的老牌受託人，爲希望捕捉比特幣表現的投資者提供了合適的敞口。
