BABA is doing massive buybacks that reduce the number of shares outstanding, paying big dividends, has 50% of its market cap in cash and Ant holdings. I think long term BABA will outperform but it will take moving the shares out of the hands of US investors and into the hands of mainland investors. The primary listing status expected in August is a step in that direction.
