Is becos sg has strong pool of talents to support when the investors relocated  older data center to jb.  Foreign investors have strong confidence in sg and with the new technology direct colling, sg can now afford to expand more at the strong request from investors who have more trust in sg than using new technologies eslsewhere nearby sg. Author need to ask why investors trust sg lite than his own countries
