1. Best engineering talent to make from scratch every piece of the humanoid robot body
2. Multi-year lead with onboard AI inference computer
3. Multi-year lead with real-world foundation AI model
4. High-volume manufacturing (and design-for-manufacturing) expertise
5. Visionary leader (aka accelerant of innovation) who deeply understands innovation and knows how to make it happen
And on top of that, being first matters with humanoid robots because the data from millions of robots will be used to make the AI models better, and economies of scale will drive down costs thus driving demand higher.
