普拉格能源因重申財報未按時提交年報，被納斯達克予以警告函

美股研究社消息，智通財經APP獲悉，美東時間3月18日，$普拉格能源(PLUG)$ (PLUG.US)宣佈收到納斯達**示函，因其未能按時提交截至2020年12月31日的年度報告(10-K)，不符合納斯達克上市規則5250(c)(1)。此通知函對普拉格能源普通股在納斯達克資本市場的上市或交易沒有即時影響。

普拉格能源此前表示，由於存在一些與非現金項目相關的會計錯誤，公司將重新申報2018年以來的財務報表。普拉格能源表示將盡快完成財務報表的重新申報並提交2020年的10-K報表。

納斯達克表示，該公司需要在2021年5月17日之前向SEC提交2020年10-K報表。如果公司不能在5月17日之前向SEC提交2020年的10-K報表，普拉格能源計劃在該日期或之前提交一份計劃，以重新符合納斯達克的上市規則。如果納斯達克接受該計劃，那麼可以在規定提交10-K報表的到期日之後給予公司最多180天的時間，以重新獲得合規。
