Why I Think Boeing's Struggles Will Continue

@TigerOptions
$Boeing(BA)$ has once again delivered disappointing financial results, confirming my bearish stance on the company. The wider-than-expected loss and weaker revenue highlight the ongoing challenges faced by the aerospace giant. Boeing is caught in a perfect storm of issues. The 737 Max crisis, supply chain disruptions, and increased competition have all contributed to its struggles. The recent door plug incident further eroded customer confidence and added to the company's woes. My opinion is Boeing is lack of pricing power, as unlike other industries where companies can leverage economies of scale to increase profit margins, the aircraft manufacturing industry is heavily regulated and capital-intensive. This limits Boeing's ability to pass on increased costs to customers. Kelly Ortberg, pictured in 2016 The appointment of a new CEO has injected some optimism into the market. However, turning around a company of Boeing's size and complexity is a daunting task. The new leadership will need to demonstrate a clear and effective strategy to regain investor confidence. Given the ongoing challenges and the uncertain outlook, I remain bearish on Boeing. The company's ability to recover its market share and profitability remains questionable. While the recent stock price increase might be attributed to hopes of a turnaround, I believe it's a risky bet. BA Daily Chart with Support and Resistance levels Instead of focusing on Boeing, I would consider exploring other sectors with stronger growth prospects and less exposure to geopolitical risks. Companies with solid financial performance and a clear path to profitability might be more attractive investment options at this time.
