If the system that had the most problems did not use Windows, then CrowdStrike has no responsibility there. Their software error was only on Windows. This would also explain why Delta did not accept help from CrowdStrike either.
So that $500 million lawsuit threat is nothing but a maneuver to distract Delta shareholders.
