For defensive stocks usually a cut is not good but for growth stocks considered very good...remember AMD took a big plunge when rates were hiked after Covid tech boom.
I would guess they keep the cash flow alive but the possible significance will unfortunately not be significant. There are more lucrative plans for AMD, and I am very optimistic of the next few years.
