To be honest, nothing wrong with ppl working in the company selling their shares for cash, regardless of their position in the company. They can hold 0 shares while working if it's in the company's interest.

It's neither morally wrong nor lawfully wrong, so what's the problem? I believe the same issue arised with Tesla too.
