28/10 🪭👌📺🐵🐯selling and buying moves why ?

Kweb profit taking 🐉

on 28/8, i made a strategic move by selling shares of kraneshares csi china internet etf (kweb) at $24.86. kweb tracks leading chinese tech companies like alibaba and tencent, $KraneShares CSI China Internet ETF(KWEB)$$Alibaba(BABA)$  which have faced significant regulatory pressures. however, i decided to take advantage of the recent rebound in chinese stocks, driven by optimistic signals from chinese regulators and expectations of economic support from the government. with these factors in mind, i locked in profits while the market was favorable, as i believe the short-term gains outweigh the risks posed by ongoing uncertainties in l tech sector.

### boosting income with qyld 📈

later that day, i bought shares of global x nasdaq 100 covered call etf (qyld) at $17.78. qyld’s strategy of writing covered calls on the nasdaq 100 makes it an excellent choice for income-focused investors. by generating monthly premiums from the options market, qyld provides a steady dividend yield, making it a reliable source of passive income. given the market’s recent volatility, qyld’s high yield and income consistency were particularly attractive, leading me to add more shares at this opportune moment.

### investing in growth with spyg 🚀

i also acquired fractional shares of the spdr portfolio s&p 500 growth etf (spyg) at $81.05. spyg focuses on companies with strong earnings growth potential, including big names like apple, microsoft, and amazon. these tech giants continue to drive the market with innovative products and services, making them essential components of any growth-oriented portfolio. despite market fluctuations, i’m confident that spyg’s diversified exposure to leading growth stocks will deliver long-term returns, which is why i added to my position even with a fractional share purchase. this move aligns with my strategy of gradually increasing exposure to high-quality growth assets.
