@Terra Incognita
I opened $Wal-Mart(WMT)$ ,WMT: initiated a short position on Walmart at $77.10. Walmart had a 15% rise in the weeks after earnings on 15th Aug and went into overbought regions. The poor earnings of Dollar General also meant Walmart took some market shares away from them and boosting Walmarts rise. As the US economy weakens, it’s typically shop for cheaper groceries which Walmart could provide therefore temporarily boosting sales. Looking for a swing trade on profit taking.
