肖鋼：全面推行註冊制還需要一定的時間和條件
據證券時報報道，全國政協委員、中國證監會原主席肖鋼在清華五道口首席經濟學家論壇上表示，全面推行註冊制還需要一定的時間和條件。中國資本市場發展才三十年，時間還是很短但發展很快，現在已經位居全球資本市場第二位，自己跟自己比，已經取得了巨大成就。註冊制改革是一項“牽牛鼻子”的工程，將帶動整個資本市場生態變革，需要培育的時間，需要一個過程，制度也需要磨合。
肖鋼認爲，註冊制改革可能會有陣痛，但只是暫時的，要堅定不移地朝着改革的方向推進。
