I think the main topic is not about which party is gonna win the election but what US needs in order to maintain the leader of the world. Of course, AI will be the main topic for the following years.
But antitrust law is always a challenge to the technology companies. For instance the recent cases Apple and Google face billions in penalties after losing E.U. appeals. So it will be a blocking point to the giant AI companies (such as NVidia) to growth faster.
