TSLA - massive level at 234 - keep it on watch!
Yesterday's price action:
I did not like the way it closed off the trendline or the resistance at 234 but the day TSLA sees a break of 234 its definitely going to 245 the same day.
Currently the candle here is a bearish shooting star and it has to be invalidated by closing above 234 tomorrow.
Weekly 240C is a good play on this name.
Obvious stop loss or what invalidates the setup will be the loss of the lower trendline.
At that point look to play some puts to the downside. However that is less likely and I dont see it happening based on the options flow.
