Ryan Cohen should be investigated more throughly. He has had a long history of market manipulation. Just remember the BBBY episode where he said he was going to take BBBY private, but at the same time was selling off his shares.
Look where BBBY is now.
Between Cohen and Musk, it is a very close call on who is the greater manipulator.
