紐約和弗吉尼亞州發佈新政：娛樂大麻合法化！
紐約州州長葛謨3月31日簽署了一項法案，使成年人使用大麻合法化，使紐約州成爲美國第15個允許娛樂性使用大麻的州。與此同時，維吉尼亞州也在7月前將少量持有大麻合法化。
葛謨表示，該州議會週二晚間通過的這項法案，也將爲許多此前被指控吸食大麻犯罪的人一筆勾清罪名。葛謨在推特上寫道:“該法案自動取消了以前的大麻定罪，而現在這些定罪是合法的。”他宣佈自己剛剛簽署了該法案，並稱這是歷史性的一天。
