The way microsoft done security is to block .exe like windows S mode from running or even blocking C++ in UWP (i am glad UWP is dead) which is ridiculous and useless. The reason they forced TPM 2.0 in windows 11 is that they want to lock down computer as a phone and prevent people for using linux.
