Both Keppel DC and Capland Ascendas REIT have the golden goose; data centres in their portfolio.
Keppel DC has announced +0.4% in DPU for the 3rd q ended SEP 2024. The increase of DPU was offset by the loss allowances for the Guangdong data centres.
Capitaland inv will face the same issue in China for its property arm .
Capland Ascendas REIT will face the drop USD exchange rate in EU.
Overall, all three REITs are in good shape. Accumulate all 3 REITs are recommended.. my personal view.
