CapLand China Tr - After touching the high of 88.5 cents she had retreated to 77.5 cents and bounce-off to closed at 80 cents , looks rather interesting!
Breaking out of 80 cents smoothly, shw may rise up to test 82 , 86 than 88.5 cents !
NAV 1.18. Yield is about 7.5%.

CapLand China tr - She will need to overcome the resistance at 72 cents in order to rise further up towards 76.5 cents and above!
Next, we may see rising up to cover the Gapped at 80.5 cents!

CapLand China Tr - 1st Half Results is out! Gross Revenue is down 2.3 percent to RMB925m.
NPI is down 4.9 percent to 631m. DPU is down 19.5 percent to 3.01 cents. Gearing 40.8 percent.
I think Results is not good!
