Pre-Trade Plan: PLTR Strategy for Next Week Expiry

Yesterday, I executed a few small but strategic trades on Palantir (PLTR), focusing on capturing modest premiums from options trading. These moves align with my short-term strategy of targeting small, consistent profits, all while leveraging PLTR’s price volatility.$Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$  

Quick Recap of Yesterday’s Trades:

• Main Trade: I bought PLTR calls (2 lots) at $0.35 and later sold them at $0.45. While the profits seem small at first glance, this netted me $20 in total—a nice return considering my target was just 1% in premium.

• Additional Smaller Trades: I also made a few other trades at lower price points, such as buying at $0.14 and selling at $0.19, which added another $10 to the overall gains. Every bit counts!

The aim here is to generate consistent, low-risk returns by capturing 1-2% in premiums, which adds up over time. Yesterday, I achieved about $30 in total profits through disciplined options trading.

Pre-Market Update & New Strategy:

For the upcoming session, I’ve placed a new limit order at $0.50 for next week’s expiry (November 1st), with a strike price of $45.50. The stock is currently around $43.60, so we’re looking at a 4% price movement from now until expiry. This position reflects my confidence in PLTR’s momentum, as I expect it to test the $45.50 level soon.
