Long delay in funds crediting

I transferred HK$ from DBS to my account with Tiger on 23 Mar. it is 1st March and the funds are still not credited into my account with Tiger despite sending evidence of transfer

There has been a big improvement in confirmation of funds remitted. In my most recent remittence today, confirmation is received within 30 minutes
