There was a time I was a shareholder of a company. Despite years of asking for their annual stay, I wasn't given any and told to pop by the office to view the physical copy. The copy should not be removed from the office. Does this sound right? Years later, they filed for bankruptcy and told every shareholder they're not getting anything back.
