Cloud progressed from losing billions just 2 years ago to being profitable through margin expansion and growth. This year they will probably generate 45 billion in revenue and over 7 billion in earning. Next year revenue could come close to 60 billion and earnings will probably exceed 10 billion.
YouTube is already generating 50 billion in revenue and growing by double digits. Cloud and YouTube are a 100 billion revenue generator together
Advertising from search is still by far the largest segment with around 200 billion in revenue and is growing around 14%.
Add a 70 billion annual buyback and a fortress balance sheet not to mention the 80 cent dividend that will surely grow exponentially in the coming years.
Alphabet is unloved by the market due to regulatory issues coupled with concerns about AI competition and heavy CapEx but this 320 billion dollar company is growing revenue at 15% and earnings at 20 so their low valuation seems unwarranted
