Portfolio Allocation Sharing

Today, like to share on how I manage my portfolio across various brokerage. The current allocation by asset market value as follow:

35% SG Market, 45% US Market and 10% in Cash (for expenses) and Bonds (SSB etc.)

SG Market - 50% REITS across the blue chip REITS, not more than 8% in a single holding. 35% across all 3 banks with OCBC and DBS being the most heavy. 15% cash. While US has been doing well as of late, SG market may be boring but boredom can be enjoyable as it provides some peace of mind. The strategy is to DCA monthly and collect dividends with the cash flow helping to DCA or even to aid in expense short fall when required. Cashflow is like blood in investments. The peace in SG market has provided much calm to the overall portfolio during periods where US face high volatility.

Companies Vested - CLAR, CLIT, CLCT, CICT, MPACT, MINT, MLT, FLCT, FCT, KDC, DBS, OCBC and UOB.

US Market - 5% to 8% across the Mag 7 other than Apple as I do not use their product, 10% each in SPY and QQQ, 15% Cash, 10% in SOFI, 5% in PLTR with the balance across HIMS and Crypto Miners such as MARA and CLSK etc. The strategy for US Market is to option wheel the Miners and SOFI for e.g. where IV is higher for better premiums and trim using covered calls when in excess of permissible allocation. When contracts expire worthless, excess cash is used to DCA Mag 7 and Indexes which are less volatile. These less volatile holdings would provide stability for the portfolio which generates the required Buying Power to perform option wheeling. Having survived a portfolio that was mainly growth and suffered an almost 70% drop in net value, i find peace and success in the current strategy.

Companies Vested - AMZN, GOOGL, TSLA, NVDA, QQQ, SPY, SOFI, PLTR, HIMS, BTBT, CLSK, CIFR, MARA, IREN and HUT.

Hope this sharing provide some ideas for fellow investors that are just starting their journey.
