    yields will be going higher while tlt falls. US will need to issue more bonds thus higher interest rate. doesn't matter fed cut rates a not. However much fed cuts the bond market will go up more than they cut.

      USA is already in deficit to fund future programs issuing bonds is a must. Unless you can prove all stuff government do can be free. While issuing more bonds, yields will be up. This is fundamental and common sense not where I learn about it. sorry not to be rude. Just facts.
