Why is the market so choppy today?
My thoughts are this:
There is a disconnect in the market.
Many are caught flatfooted and unprepared. Others are conditioned by fear and suspicion. "Too good to be true" becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.
But other market participants are ready to fly.
The unprepared keep taking profits.
When the profit takers have nothing left to sell, the rest of the market will fly
