Intel does have all the elements, but "winner takes it all" plus high end fabs are so expensive to build.
Luckily, with this year's AI chips purchases from $Amazon.com(AMZN)$ Amzn (Aws), $Microsoft(MSFT)$ Msft and government, the future looks bright.
If Trump does come up with good incentives (cash injection, tax and orders), investors may have luck to be nicely rewarded!
