This is the reality of the stock market. I joined in April with a small amount of capital. Not much experience. And some gains here and some losses there. Overall, it was around the break-even or max 5% annual profit.

That's why there is a famous quote "just invest in index ETFs". But still with that, some months are red, some are green. On average, 8% per annum, 10-15% in good years.

I think that is unacceptable. I don't want to wait 10 years for a million. I don't want to ride a lambo when I'm 75. Jokes aside, I think this approach is for losers, who are lazy and doesn't know how to become wealthy. This has a use case, of course, if you are already rich and want to get a good passive income on your 5 million portfolio. And I am not there yet.

Then I met two hot girls at some random bar. They introdued themselves to me... one was Buy, and the other was Sell. They shared the same last name, Options. I thought they were my destiny. But I had to select one, Buy was high risk-high reward type. I said, "nah, I'm too old for that". Then there was Sell. She was a keeper, a take it slow kind of a girl. And that's how I met Sell Options.

My life transformed immediately. I have become so patient, so disciplined, and so methodical. I plan my week in advance. I journal all my thoughts - things that went wrong, things that went well. I crunch numbers on my spreadsheet and devise a plan on which options to PUT which options to CALL, and exactly at what price. I never felt so much clarity and purpose in my life. With a 15% gain in half month and another 15% is locked in place, that shining light on the mountain feels so close, so attainable. And I hear her calling every single day "Trust the process"... [Wow]

Haha, why not both? 🤣This day you date with SELL, and the other day with BUY! Very nice experience I’d say!
