I see so many investors bullish about Neo, the truth is their business model is great but sources say the problem is with their financials, now i haven't personally seen the financial teports but i've seen many investors say they aren't as bad and other companies with worse performance get their shares bought for a high price. A quick look on the company's debt can give a good isnight about how it will perform next years, for me i evaulate it as a good risk.i've bought dome of its shares
