How I would Approach Leading INTC as its New CEO ?

Hello everyone! Today i want to share some trading ideas with you!

With nearly a decade of experience in corporate strategy -- here's how I would approach leading $Intel(INTC)$ as its new CEO 👇

As businesses grapple with the need to process unfathomable volumes of data and run computationally intense models, the demand for high-performance hardware has surged beyond precedent. This is the age of AI, and Intel’s future is entwined with its ability to establish itself as the indispensable cornerstone of this revolution. At the heart of this opportunity lies Intel Foundry Services -- its ticket to relevance and leadership.

The AI boom is nothing short of tectonic. Every enterprise pushing the frontier of artificial intelligence demands cutting-edge chips, from CPUs and GPUs to custom accelerators optimized for AI workloads. Intel has the manufacturing prowess, the legacy of design innovation, and a history stretching back decades. Yet, all of this potential remains dormant unless the company commits fully -- unequivocally -- to its foundry business. Foundry Services isn’t just another division within Intel -- it is the lifeboat on which the entire corporation must now depend.

This isn’t merely about making chips. Intel’s foundry ambitions must evolve into becoming the linchpin of the AI ecosystem. The market doesn’t wait for laggards. $NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ with its agile fabless model, has already seized the crown in AI computing by producing GPUs that are now synonymous with training machine learning models. Intel, with its Xeon processors and Gaudi accelerators, stands at the precipice of a similar opportunity. But opportunity without execution is an empty promise. Intel must redefine its foundry operations with razor-sharp focus -- speed, flexibility, and customer-centric innovation are the non-negotiable currencies of this high-stakes market.

Intel’s struggles are well-documented. From missing out on mobile’s explosive growth to fumbling its earlier foundry efforts, the company has spent years watching its capital-intensive approach weigh it down like a lead anchor. But AI changes everything. This is the inflection point Intel desperately needed -- a moment where the company can rewrite its narrative by going all-in on its foundry capabilities. To falter now would not just be a missed chance -- it would cement Intel’s place as an industry also-ran.

The numbers speak for themselves. The demand for AI-specific chips is on an exponential trajectory. Intel possesses the manufacturing scale to meet this need but has yet to unleash its full potential. To do so, it must prioritize partnerships with major AI players like $GOOGL, $AMZN & $MSFT, offering not just reliability but bespoke, cutting-edge solutions tailored to the most complex workloads. The CHIPS Act and other government incentives offer a rare, time-sensitive opportunity to modernize its infrastructure with financial relief. This window will not stay open forever, and Intel must move decisively.

By focusing on high-demand AI products, Intel could attract long-term contracts that bring both revenue stability and operational focus. A pivot away from speculative, capital-heavy ventures toward scalable, customer-driven production would also help alleviate the burden of its ballooning debt. Intel has already laid the groundwork for transformation. Recent cost-cutting measures and a leaner portfolio are steps in the right direction. But cutting costs alone won’t spark a turnaround. Growth, driven by a strong foundry business, will. The industry is hungry for players that can deliver at scale, on time, and with precision. Intel has the tools to meet this challenge -- what remains is the will to execute.

The stakes could not be higher. The companies that lay the foundation for AI’s explosive growth will dominate the next era of technology. Intel’s Foundry Services can -- and must—become that foundation. This isn’t about surviving the AI wave; it’s about shaping it. By doubling down on its foundry ambitions, Intel has a chance to reemerge as not just a player but a leader in the technology sector.

The time is now. AI isn’t just a trend; it’s the engine driving the future, and Intel has the rare opportunity to position itself at the center of that engine. All it takes is clarity, focus, and an unwavering commitment to Foundry Services. The AI revolution won’t wait, and Intel must rise to meet it -- boldly, decisively, and with the full weight of its capabilities. I’ll keep my calendar open, just in case anyone from Intel wants to chat.
