$Suntec Reit(T82U.SI)$ Gordon bought at 1.16 to hit 30%. Definitely the investment company see this price as cheap. Conditional offer is just a legal process may not be accepted, but one thing for sure is everyone is expecting price of this reit to go up, that is why everyone is buying in.
