Why I buy companies that hold Bitcoin?
Reason being Donald Trump before his last 4 years term at the White House already appointed a Crypto & AI czar called David Sacks. If you don't know him, pls Google instead of asking in the comments. Coming back, Trump is assembling his "Avengers" team. It's exciting yet very diverse with people with deep interest or experience in their appointed departments in Government. In fact, I would love to see that for SG Government but it's unlikely due to bureaucracy.
Bitcoin had already passed $100k and came down due to market resistance and stocks like MicroStrategy, Tesla or BTC ETFs have hit new highs. This is in hindsight. But I actually bought some because of my belief that Trump is pro-business as a businessman billionaire president.
Let's see what the first 100 days of Trump's second presidency would be like.
And like what my fund manager friend says, Money is made in turbulent times. Either you make or lose and what you have as a retail investor is dependant on the market forces or "whales". Be sensible and sensitive to the news and make your own conclusions. This is Tiger talk not Reddit wallstreetbets so I don't expect anyone to all in and borrow money to bet or gamble on some heresay or stock picks because they have done their "due diligence". Remember this, fund managers or "whales" are not commenting here nor are they market movers because they read news. They make news.
In fact, what's Blackrock, State Street, Vanguard & Berkshire doing? Are they buying or selling? What are they buying or selling? You got to do the research & groundwork and get the information before their moves or be in the know if their investing philosophies to get a feel of that. Then act upon it. Win or lose. Own it as a result of your conclusion.
Happy investing and may the odds always be in your favour! 😊

Interesting perspective on Trump assembling a "pro-business" team—definitely something to watch in the first 100 days!
