Heavy rainfall with cool weather makes me go for soups or food with soups or even mala to feel warm and comfortable. However, if it is heavy rainfall with humid weather, I will avoid soups. I would prefer anything light. I don’t normally intentionally take herbal stuff unless I feel like I going to fall sick or already ill. Like most Singaporeans, lunch is usually eaten at food court or restaurants. For me, dinner is usually at home unless I’m out with friends. Very blessed to have my mother cook dinner for me!
