Yup there's a 15mins delay in the reflected stock price, however if you look at your floating PnL column in your Positions, that is in real time.

因为这个股在老虎这里没有实时行情，老虎这变的OTC行情有15分钟（没记错的话）的延迟。

Somehow there is delay for otc.. Or maybe otc price has more decimal but tiger shows up to only 4.
