智通财经APP获悉，“美版饿了么”DoorDash12月9日（周三）正式登陆纽约证券交易所，开盘后股价大涨，截至周三收盘，该股涨85.79%，报189.51美元。目前该股总市值约为700亿美元，与优步930亿美元的市值相差不远。今年1月，据媒体透露，优步一直在就收购DoorDash进行谈判，但谈判毫无结果。同样，优步在6月份也曾试图收购Grubhub，但也以失败告终。Grubhub目前的市值也超过了优步对该公司的报价。考虑到DoorDash的估值，这笔收购看起来很明智，但Postmates的规模远小于DoorDash。
