$INSPUR DIGI ENT(00596)$ In my opinion, Inspur 596 , will benefit the most from cloud providers spending more on R&D for AI clouds. However, I hesitate because it is a state-owned company. I don't know if the government will maintain or suppress the company's profits.. but my thesis is i still bullish on it
but keep beware of gov ! ! ! ! !
I dont think it will outperform like SMIC although SMIC is government stage own too.
