$Microsoft(MSFT)$ Read there were 4 competing offers. Best guess is: MSFT, AMZN $Amazon.com(AMZN)$ . ORCL and Kevin Oleary's Group. You can scratch Keven Oleary, whatever they are offer, MSFT, AMZN and Oracle will offer 1 billion more. Microsoft has the most cash and best balance sheets. Amazon (I own this also) had just returned to robust balance sheets and has other large CAPEX projects going on supposed by launching a SAT network soon. Oracle is already hosting Tik Tok and won bidding last time. However, in an all-out bid war, nobody could likely beat MSFT.
