Frasers Cpt Tr - New acquisition of North Point City South Wing at 1.17b. PP price at 2.07. I think TERP ia about 2.13!

Advance dpu of 6.15 cents. Xd 2nd April.

PO price mat be 2.03. Don't know what is the ratio!

DPU accretive of about 2%.
