Can I be greedy? I want to aim for both more and long! There is no point in being like a firework that fizzles out quickly. Also, many times, we need the power of time as it is often said that time in the market is more important than timing the market as we need time for the returns to compound and for long term economic growth to take place. It has also been shown that most investors do better to be in the market for the long term than to time the market, even for the professionals or experts. To me, the only exception to this may be the HK market where I tend to take profit instead of holding it for the long term.

I would say that generally my plans have been playing out the way I envisioned. However, my SREITs are not performing as how I would like them to. So, I am sticking to my plans to holding them till further rate cuts that will help them rebound. In the meantime, I will just be collecting dividends.
