Bit Digital Places Direct Offering to Raise $67.3 Million
Bit Digital reported Monday it has entered a deal with institutional investors to sell 22 million ordinary shares at a price of $3.06 per share, to raise about $67.3 million.The company said the direct offering is expected to close on or around July 15.Bit Digital plans to use the net proceeds from the proposed offering to buy Ethereum.
