APP has been trending within a tigh range between 330 and 365 level for couple of weeks now. The share price came down hard from 420 after the market learnt that they were not included into S&P index during last portfolio balancing. After finding the bottom at low 300 level the share price rebounded and has been consolidating for some weeks now.
Have sold a few Naked Covered Call option since as was expecting the share price to stay below the 400 level until new catalyst is found. This NCC is opened sighting the share price has moved up recently, expecting it to pull back again towards the 365 level, however, thus contract do have a bit more room to run if share price continues passed this key resistance level So long as the price stays below 400 by expiration, this contract will be profitable. 🤞
Will pause any further option trade until its earning reports in the coming weeks.
