Today I sold 50% of my ATAT holdings at approximately $33.10 per share to capitalize on strong gains and rebalance exposure. Although Atour continues to deliver impressive top-line growth—Q1 revenue rose nearly 30% YoY, net profit up ~32%, and retail GMV surged ~71%—the stock is trading near its 52-week high, and valuation remains stretched at roughly 27× trailing earnings and 4–5× book value.
